Project Manager (Full time)
Job Description and How to Apply for this Position
The Project Manager will execute his/her duties under the authority of the School Board. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall development, management and tracking of projects, which develop the school, its design, construction, and general affairs for absolute readiness on opening day. These activities include but are not limited to the following:

• Managing the project and its many teams, directly overseeing a team of architects, structural and electrical engineers, alternative energy experts, contractors, sub-contractors, accountants, quantity surveyors, and making reports to the Board.

• Creating and tracking a master schedule.

• Managing budgets and finances.

• Overseeing construction activities in collaboration with those parties so designated (including but not limited to the architects, foremen, sub-contractors, laborers, project officers, directors, and mechanical and electrical engineers) in order to track and make timely reports and ensure that the physical structures are soundly built.

• Anticipate and solve problems as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

• An undergraduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in structural, environmental, or civil engineering.

• Experience in construction, project management, and supervision.

• A talent for acquiring new languages, and fluency in or adequate grasp of Bahasa Indonesia is a major plus.

We are also actively recruiting for a:

Business Manager (Full time)
Job Description and How to Apply for this Position:

The Business Manager will report directly to the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and manage cash flows, business plans, and budgets through multiple-year projections

• Analyze best and worst case income scenarios

• ROI/IRR analysis, taking   land investment and  capital  building expenses into account

• Manage tuition and scholarship funds

• Manage salaries, insurance, HR packages, and legal needs

• Analyze  micro-business scenarios that are in line with the school’s unique vision

• Communicate frequently, effectively and efficiently to the Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

• An advanced degree, preferably in business administration, with a strong statistical background

• Experience in cost accounting with very strong MS Excel skills

• Management experience, particularly in an entrepreneurial environment

• Comfortable on work sites

• A talent for acquiring new languages, and fluency in or adequate grasp of Bahasa Indonesia is a major plus

• Excellent inter-personal and written communication skills

• Enthusiasm and keen to demonstrate leadership, responsibility and creativity in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
